Office Administrator
Copper-Tip is currently seeking a well rounded Office Assistant to join our growing company. The successful candidate will be exceptionally organized and be able to effectively plan and prioritize workflow while efficiently communicating with customers and field staff.
THE DETAILS
– Start Date: Immediate
– Job Type: Full-time
– Salary: $20 – $30/hr (based on experience)
– Location: Fernie office (no remote work)
– Schedule: 5 days per week (Monday – Friday) (8am – 3pm)
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Scheduling appointments and coordinating jobs
– Answering calls, emails and dispatching service technicians
– Collecting payments and inputting general accounting data; including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, expense reporting, client billing and account reconciliations.
– Prepare spreadsheets with data and other information needed by various operations.
– Other general office duties
REQUIREMENTS
– Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
– Applicants should have Quickbooks Online experience.
– High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
– Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
